All manufacturing specifications must be provided in writing and approved by both parties before production begins. Any changes to approved specifications may result in additional costs and delivery time adjustments.
We manufacture all products according to the specifications provided and agreed upon. Quality tolerances are as specified in the technical drawings or quotation. Standard tolerances apply unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin from the date of order confirmation and receipt of all necessary information and deposits.
We offer door-to-door shipping services. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
You must inspect all shipments upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancies within 5 business days. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the products as delivered.
As our products are custom manufactured to your specifications, they are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
We warrant that all products will be manufactured according to the approved specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of delivery.
